Welcome to The Christmas Tree Farm, where we specialize in custom wood products made with a laser.  And when we say custom, we mean custom.  Many of the products you will see on our website are generalizations  ---  examples of products we have made for past customers.  If you select the picture frame with the wedding photo burned into it, the couple burned into the corner will be from YOUR  photograph.  If you have a favorite recipe of Mom's or Grandma's, the picture at the top of the breadboard will be of HER, and the recipe will be the one you provide.  We provide you with the opportunity to celebrate a memory with something that is deeply personal, whether it be a magnetized wooden cross with YOUR  church burned into it, a picture frame with YOUR soldier's information engraved into it, or a wooden hanging ornament with YOUR  little one smiling back at you.

When you decide to move forward with a project, we will work with you to make it distinctly your own.  We will be in touch with you through email as the project develops, and telephone if necessary, so that when you open your package there are no surprises.  For instance, if your project is a breadboard or picture frame, a black and white file will be made with the layout of your design and emailed to you to approve.  At that time you can change any of the design.  It's a lot easier to make alterations BEFORE  we commit anything to wood!  Then, in those instances where a photograph is involved, a sample will be burned into a piece of the same species of wood as your project, scanned, and emailed to you so that you will know how it's going to look on wood. Again  ---  no surprises.  Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, and that takes extra effort.  We're willing to put forth that effort because we're not just selling you a product.  We're helping you create a personal treasure that will last for many years.

Photographs, while being the best way to make something personal, come with their own set of challenges. The photo has to be as clear as possible in order for it to look good burned into wood.  Occasionally, emailing us the photo works, but it works best to have the actual photo here so we can scan it ourselves. This will ensure the best possible resolution for your project.  All photos will be returned unharmed.  If for some reason you opt to not move forward with the project, YOU ARE NOT OUT ANYTHING!  There is no charge of any kind and the photo will be returned to you.  Like we said  ---  customer satisfaction.
